When an examination makes sense

  1. 01

The building was built before 1991. Buildings from that period can contain materials with asbestos.

  2. 02

A renovation or demolition is coming up. An examination of the building components is advisable beforehand.

  3. 03

You do not know which materials are used in floors, walls or ceilings.

Whether and what is examined is decided by the specialist firm, based on the information you provide.
