Cleaning when moving and at end-of-tenancy handover

When you hand back a flat, you usually have little time. We clean the flat after you move out so you can prepare the handover calmly. This applies to rented flats as well as flats that are being sold.

What we clean depends on the flat and on what you agree with us. We record the scope in the written quote.

What is included

  • Windows, frames and window sills
  • Blinds and slats
  • Kitchen inside and out, including oven and fridge, if agreed
  • Bathroom: shower or bath, tiles, taps, basin, toilet
  • Built-in wardrobes and drawers inside
  • Floors, depending on the covering
  • Doors, frames and skirting boards

Painting work and small repairs before handover

Small jobs often come up before handover too: filling holes, painting a wall, renewing a joint. We take on such work and the cleaning in one order. That saves you coordination, and you have one contact person. Whether painting is needed at all is covered in the article End-of-tenancy handover: do you have to paint? (German)

A handover can fail because of things we cannot influence: disputed damage, the interpretation of the tenancy agreement or the landlord’s assessment. We therefore cannot promise that the handover will be accepted. We work carefully and show you the result before you go to the handover.

Three questions

What does it cost?

It depends on the area and condition. The binding price is stated in the written quote.

Do I have to be there?

We clarify the handover of keys beforehand.

Do you also do just the cleaning?

Yes, even without any other job.

Do you guarantee that the handover will be accepted?

No. How the landlord assesses the handover is not up to us. We clean carefully to the agreed scope and show you the result beforehand.
