Casa Semplice is based in Lucerne and works across German-speaking Switzerland, including Bern. West of Bern the area extends to roughly an hour’s drive. You have the same contact person everywhere.

Where we work
Central Switzerland
This is where the travel distance is shortest. It includes Zug, Schwyz, Nidwalden, Obwalden and Uri, around our head office.
Zurich and eastern Switzerland
The whole Zurich metropolitan area is part of our area, as are Schaffhausen, Thurgau, St. Gallen, Glarus and both Appenzells.
North-western Switzerland
This includes both Basels, Aargau and Solothurn.
Bern and the Mittelland
The city of Bern and the Bernese Mittelland with Thun, the Emmental and the Oberaargau.
Fringe zone in the west
West of Bern the area extends to roughly an hour’s drive: Fribourg, Murten, Biel/Bienne and the Seeland.

The process is the same everywhere, so you know what comes next.

You have one fixed contact person: they stay with you from the first email to the final inspection.

First we clarify by email what is needed. Your photos often tell us a lot already.

If necessary, we come by. We agree the travel with you before you receive the quote.
What you can send us
We carry out the same work across the whole area: sanding and laying parquet, tiling work, painting work, plastering work, drywall, kitchen fitting and built-in wardrobes and cleaning. For a first assessment we need very little.

Overview photos of each room and close-ups of the areas in question. Phone photos are enough.
Address
Town and postcode are enough, so we can see how far we have to travel.

Roughly when should the work take place? A rough period is enough.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also work if the property is far away?
Yes, we work across the whole area. The further away the property is, the more important good photos are, as they settle a lot before a site visit.
Can I enquire about several trades in one job?
Yes. Floors, tiling, painting work and plastering work run together, even if the property is further away. With several trades we bundle the appointments, so trips can be saved.
What happens after my enquiry?
We usually get back to you by email within two working days, clarify any open questions and tell you whether a site visit is needed.
