Enquiries via Casa Semplice

This translation is provided for convenience; the German version prevails. Who receives your data. When you send an enquiry through the form on the Casa Semplice page, your details (name, email, telephone, postcode and town, request, photos) are received exclusively by Casa Semplice, a business unit of Studio Semplice AG, Pilatusstrasse 30, 6003 Luzern. The contact person is Marc Zimmermann.

What for. We use the data to process your enquiry: follow-up questions, site visit, quote. Enquiries via the German pages also receive an automatic confirmation by email; enquiries via the English pages are answered personally. Emails are sent via Google services.

How long. We store the data until the enquiry is concluded, for a maximum of 12 months if no order results. After that it is deleted. If an order results, the statutory retention periods apply.

Passing on to partner businesses. If you tick the checkbox “If the enquiry does not suit Casa Semplice, you may pass it on to a partner business”, we pass on your details and photos to a partner business only with this consent, so that it can contact you directly. If the checkbox is not ticked, your details stay with Studio Semplice AG.

Hazardous materials check. For enquiries about the hazardous materials check, you give us a separate consent in the form: we then pass your details and photos on to a specialist firm, which will contact you. Without this consent we do not pass on such enquiries.

Entry point. With the enquiry, the form transmits which page you entered on and which website you came from (page path and domain only). Your browser remembers this only for the duration of the visit, and there are no cookies. This shows us which route enquiries come through.

Withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent at any time, informally by email to [email protected]. We then delete the data, unless a retention obligation applies.
